Job Summary Work Schedule: PRN - As Needed Every other weekend coverage A Medical Laboratory Technician obtains or receives specimens, performs clinical laboratory tests by standardized procedures, performs quality control, performs preventive maintenance, and interprets results as to accuracy, acceptability and critical limits. The MLT works independently, organizing work to meet established deadlines, and validates all data obtained. #PHX Qualifications Education Requirements 2 year/Associate's Degree as a Medical Laboratory Technician Experience Relevant Experience Certification and Licensure ASCP or AMT Eligible Required Skills Computer Skills to include use and navigation Excellent Communications Skills Multitasking Overview Tower Health, a regional healthcare system, serves communities across multiple counties in Pennsylvania.
