Educational Background Bachelor's degree in Clinical or Medical Laboratory Science or an equivalent qualification in allied health, alongside ASCP/AMT certification preparation. Certification Requirements Obtain ASCP or AMT certification in Clinical Laboratory Science (CLS) within one year of employment.
