Description - What You'll Contribute Conduct routine and advanced clinical tests across various disciplines such as chemistry, hematology, and immunology while following established protocols. Evaluate test results for accuracy, address discrepancies, and perform regular maintenance and calibration on laboratory equipment. Assist in the collection and handling of specimens, ensuring they are adequately prepared for analysis. Document all workflows meticulously, contribute to training new team members, and maintain high standards in lab quality control. Ensure adherence to a clean, safe work environment while following all regulatory and accreditation standards. Education Bachelor's degree in Clinical or Medical Laboratory Science, or an equivalent allied health degree, with preparation for ASCP/AMT certification. Certifications ASCP or AMT Board of Certification in Clinical Laboratory Science (CLS) must be obtained within one year of commencement. Maintain current certification throughout your tenure.
