Responsibilities - Your Role Conduct both routine and specialized diagnostic tests across various areas including chemistry, hematology, and immunology, adhering to established protocols. Evaluate test results for precision, troubleshoot discrepancies, and ensure laboratory instruments are well-maintained and calibrated. Play a pivotal role in specimen collection and effectively prepare samples for testing. Keep thorough documentation of each procedure, facilitate the training of new employees or students, and uphold strict lab quality standards. Ensure a hygienic, safe laboratory space, following all regulatory and accreditation requirements. Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Clinical or Medical Laboratory Science or a related field, along with an ASCP/AMT certification under preparation. Certifications ASCP or AMT Board of Certification in Clinical Laboratory Science (CLS) should be achieved within one year of hire. Maintain continuous certification throughout your tenure.
