Medical Malpractice Paralegal (Plaintiff) – Onsite | Palm Beach County, FL We are partnering with several reputable plaintiff-side law firms throughout Palm Beach County seeking experienced Medical Malpractice Paralegals . These are fully onsite roles supporting attorneys in high-value, complex cases with a strong focus on client advocacy and case development. Key Responsibilities Support attorneys through all phases of plaintiff-side medical malpractice litigation , from intake through trial Review, organize, and summarize medical records, bills, and supporting documentation Draft legal documents including complaints, discovery, correspondence, and demand packages Assist with case investigation , including gathering records, coordinating with medical providers, and obtaining supporting evidence Communicate directly with clients, experts, and healthcare providers with a high level of professionalism and empathy Coordinate and schedule depositions, hearings, mediations, and expert evaluations Maintain and manage case files, ensuring accuracy and adherence to strict deadlines Assist in trial preparation, including exhibit organization, trial binders, and courtroom support File pleadings and legal documents through e-filing systems and ensure compliance with court requirements Qualifications 5+ years of paralegal experience with a focus on plaintiff medical malpractice or personal injury litigation Strong ability to review and interpret medical records and terminology Experience preparing demand packages and supporting case valuation is highly preferred Knowledge of Florida litigation procedures and deadlines Proficiency in Microsoft Office; experience with case management and e-filing systems Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple cases simultaneously Strong communication skills with a client-focused, empathetic approach Work Environment 100% onsite within Palm Beach County Fast-paced, collaborative legal team environment focused on advocating for injured clients
