Join us and experience what it's like to take pride in being part of a dynamic team that is on the cutting edge This is an excellent opportunity for an individual looking for a full time, Monday-Friday, 8:00-4:30 medical office management position managing the patient scheduling and insurance verification department in Boca Raton. The ideal candidate will have prior management experience with medical front office, call center and insurance verification. You will be responsible for managing day-to-day departmental operations including scheduling for multiple providers, insurance verifications and updates, communication of financial responsibility to patients, working closely with practice locations staff and managers, workflow process improvements and analytical reporting. Requirements Three (3) years' work-related in insurance verification, front office, claims, billing, or call center, management Experience using Availity and Insurance Payor websites to obtain insurance benefits Excellent verbal and written communication skills Strong Analytical Skills Proficient computer skills and knowledge in Microsoft Office specifically Excel Bilingual (Spanish) a plus Excellent Customer Service Skills Ability to work independently with little or no supervision Ability to think independently, multi-task and motivate and lead a team of 20+ staff. Responsibilities: Assure appropriate staffing to meet productivity goals Training and coaching staff Analyzing current workflows to assure utmost efficiencies Managing staff productivity, quality and effectiveness Assuring staff are following organizational policies and procedures Evaluate departmental performance and implement process improvements when needed
