Key Responsibilities Own quality assurance (QA) across radiation therapy equipment (daily/weekly/monthly) Execute complex treatment planning (IMRT, SBRT, SRS, HDR, LDR) Perform machine calibration & radiation safety surveys to national standards Support advanced procedures, including prostate seed implants, HDR vaginal cylinders, and stereotactic treatments Conduct beam data validation, chart checks, and IGRT workflows Work side-by-side with physicians, dosimetrists, and therapists to deliver precision oncology care Ensure zero-error execution in a high-volume, high-stakes environment What You Need ABR Certified Medical Physicist (Therapy) 3+ years post-residency experience in Radiation Oncology Strong hands-on experience with: Varian TrueBeam Eclipse Treatment Planning ARIA Oncology System HDR, LDR (Variseed), SRS, SBRT Proven ability to handle complex cases independently Why You Should Apply High-impact role - you're not a number, you're the expert in the room Clean schedule - Monday-Friday, no weekends, no call Advanced tech stack - Varian, Eclipse, ARIA, MIM, Radformation Strong support system - Physicists, Dosimetrists, Physicians, full team in place Fast-moving opportunity - leadership is ready to onboard the right person ASAP Pure outpatient setup - focus on precision work without hospital chaos
