Bachelor's, Master's, or Doctoral degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program approved by the APTA. ~ Current, active and unencumbered Delaware physical therapy license required prior to the start of the assignment. ~ Home health experience preferred. Candidates with prior skilled home health or home visits experience will be prioritized. ~2-3 years of physical therapy experience preferred. ~ Clinical skills relevant to home health, including patient evaluation, plan-of-care development, functional mobility training, fall prevention, and caregiver education. ~ Proficiency with basic computer functions including electronic documentation, e-mail, and navigation of online training and HR systems. Facility Type: Home Health. Shift Name: Days. Assignment Type: Travel, temporary help. Primary responsibilities: perform patient evaluations, provide therapeutic services per physician orders, supervise and evaluate PTAs and home health aides as assigned, and coordinate with physician and clinical leadership.
