Master's degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program (Master's required by client). Active Maryland Physical Therapist license or ability to obtain state licensure prior to start. Experience performing home health admission assessments, therapy evaluations, discharge assessments, and routine follow-up visits. Comfort with travel within coverage area including Caroline, Talbot, Dorchester and Queen Anne's counties. Independent contractor resource type acceptable to client.
