Job Description
Jackson Therapy Partners is seeking a travel Skilled Nursing Facility (SNF) Physical Therapist for a travel job in Petoskey, Michigan. Physical Therapist ~ Discipline: Therapy ~ Shift: 8 hours ~ Employment Type: Travel Looking for a change of scenery and a chance to help others. Join a traveling Physical Therapist team in Petoskey, MI at a skilled nursing facility where you will help residents recover from injuries and manage chronic conditions while providing restorative and skilled therapy services. Bachelor’s, Master’s, or Doctoral Degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program approved by the APTA. Active Michigan Physical Therapy license required to start the assignment. Experience in skilled nursing or long-term care settings preferred. Experience providing restorative nursing therapy and skilled PT services, including gait training, therapeutic exercises, transfer training, and use of standard SNF equipment preferred. Ability to complete documentation according to facility and regulatory standards. Facility Type: Skilled Nursing Facility. Shift Name: Days. Shift Details: 5 days per week, 8-hour shifts.
