LanceSoft is seeking a travel Physical Therapist for a travel job in Worthington, Minnesota. Physical Therapist ~ Discipline: Therapy ~ Shift: 8 hours, days ~ Employment Type: Travel 80-mile local rule applies (local rate adjustments applicable) Shift Monday – Friday Weekends Not required Holidays Not required Provide outpatient physical therapy services Monitor patient progress and adjust care plans Maintain accurate documentation using EPIC Ensure quality patient care and outcomes Systems & Equipment ~ EMR: EPIC Business casual OR Polo (Ceil Blue, Khaki, Gray, Chocolate Brown) Established in 2000, LanceSoft is a Certified MBE and Woman-Owned organization.
