Job Description
Practice Manager (Multi-Location Medical Practice) Locations:5 Clinical SitesTeam Oversight:20 Staff Members Position Overview We are seeking an experienced, compassionate, and results-driven Practice Manager to oversee operations across five medical office locations.This leader will be responsible for managing approximately 20 team members and ensuring excellence in patient care delivery, operational efficiency, regulatory compliance, and financial performance.The ideal candidate brings at least 5 years of experience as a Medical Office Manager and demonstrates strong expertise in human resources, billing and revenue cycle management, front office operations, scheduling workflows, and provider credentialing.This individual leads by example, fosters a culture of accountability and teamwork, and approaches leadership with empathy and professionalism.Key Responsibilities Operational Leadership Oversee daily operations across 5 locations to ensure consistency, efficiency, and quality of service.Develop and implement standardized workflows and best practices.Monitor and improve KPIs related to productivity, patient satisfaction, billing performance, and scheduling efficiency.Ensure compliance with HIPAA, OSHA, and all state and federal regulations.Human Resources Management Supervise, mentor, and evaluate a team of approximately 20 staff members.Lead hiring, onboarding, training, performance management, and corrective action processes.Foster a positive, inclusive, and accountable workplace culture.Address employee concerns with professionalism, empathy, and fairness.Billing & Revenue Cycle Oversight Oversee billing operations, claims submission, denial management, and collections.Ensure accuracy in coding and reimbursement processes.Monitor financial performance and implement strategies to improve revenue cycle outcomes.Collaborate with billing vendors or in-house billing teams to optimize collections.Front Office & Scheduling Management Supervise front desk operations to ensure exceptional patient experience.Optimize scheduling templates for maximum provider productivity and patient access.Improve patient flow and reduce wait times.Maintain high standards of customer service across all locations.Credentialing & Compliance Oversee provider credentialing and re-credentialing with insurance carriers.Maintain provider enrollment and ensure timely renewals.Ensure compliance with payer requirements and regulatory standards.Leadership Expectations Lead with compassion, empathy, and integrity.Model professionalism, accountability, and teamwork.Communicate clearly and effectively with providers, staff, and leadership.Make data-driven decisions while maintaining a people-first mindset.Demonstrate emotional intelligence and conflict-resolution skills.Required Qualifications Minimum of 5 years of experience as a Medical Office Manager (multi-location experience preferred).Strong knowledge of medical billing, revenue cycle management, and insurance processes.Demonstrated experience in HR management, including hiring and staff development.Experience overseeing front office operations and scheduling systems.Proven experience managing provider credentialing.Proficiency with EMR/EHR systems and practice management software.Strong organizational, analytical, and leadership skills.Job Type:Full-time Pay:From $100,000.00 per year Benefits:401(k) Dental insurance Health insurance Paid time off Vision insurance Work Location:In person.
