YOUR DAY AS A MEDICAL RECEPTIONIST - INTAKE COORDINATOR Each day for a Medical Receptionist - Intake Coordinator, you'll welcome patients into the clinic with warmth and professionalism, guiding them through checkin, collecting balances, and answering calls with care. You'll carefully verify their demographic and insurance information to ensure accuracy from the start, and schedule appointments to keep the clinic running smoothly. Your role is the connecting thread between patients and our clinical team, and your ability to create a smooth, reassuring experience sets the stage for exceptional care. YOUR HOURS AS A MEDICAL RECEPTIONIST - INTAKE COORDINATOR This is a fulltime, weekday role scheduled Monday through Friday, 8 am – 5 pm.
