Position Overview: Our wellness clinic is seeking a part time (24-28hrs/week) professional, friendly, and organized medical receptionist to join our team. The ideal candidate will serve as the first point of contact for our clients, providing exceptional customer service both in person and over the phone. This role requires strong communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to maintain a calm and welcoming environment. Key Responsibilities: Greet and assist clients in a professional, courteous, and friendly manner. Answer and direct phone calls, schedule appointments, and manage the clinic’s appointment system. Maintain confidentiality of all client information and records in accordance with HIPAA and clinic policies. Demonstrates the highest level of integrity, privacy, and ethical conduct in all responsibilities and decision-making. Perform general administrative duties including product ordering, data entry, filing, scanning, and handling correspondence. Demonstrates ability to quickly learn and adapt to new office technologies, electronic platforms and process change. Manage client check-in and check-out procedures, including processing payments and verifying information. Maintain cleanliness and organization of the clinic areas. Communicate effectively with physicians, clients, and other staff to ensure smooth daily operations. Assist with other office or administrative tasks as needed. Qualifications: High school diploma or equivalent required. Previous experience as a medical or wellness clinic receptionist preferred. Proficient in Microsoft Office programs (Word, Excel, Outlook). Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Strong organizational skills and attention to detail. Ability to handle confidential information with discretion and professionalism. Dependable, punctual, and able to work independently and as part of a team.
