Description We are recruiting for a Territory Manager with a growing, well-established healthcare company in New Jersey. Focus on Southern NJ. This is a field-based medical sales role focused on building referral relationships with surgeons, hospitals, subacute facilities, rehab contacts, and other healthcare providers. The company provides specialized patient-care services and has a strong internal team that supports the clinical, patient-care, and administrative side of the business. Your role is to build relationships, open new doors, develop referral sources, and help grow the territory. Requirements Medical sales, healthcare sales, physician referral, hospital sales, or related B2B sales experience Strong ability to build relationships with physicians, surgeons, hospitals, and healthcare providers Experience calling on vascular, orthopedic, trauma, reconstructive plastics , wound care, DME, rehab, subacute, prosthetics/orthotics, or related call points is a plus Comfortable working independently in the field and developing a territory Professional communication skills and the ability to earn trust with clinical and physician contacts Strong follow-up, organization, and territory management skills Must be willing to travel throughout Central or Southern New Jersey Existing relationships in the territory are helpful but not required Must be motivated, polished, dependable, and comfortable working in a growth-oriented role
