Job Description This specific position is for a Medical Team Support Administrator. We are looking for a motivated individual who works well with others, acts professionally, and demonstrates excellent time management skills. This individual will also need excellent computer skills and have an eye for detail. Qualifications: Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Outlook, Word, Access) Strong written and verbal communication skills Professional, customer-focused service skills Detail-oriented with high accuracy Solution-driven and deadline-focused Highly organized with strong multitasking ability Adaptable, responsive, and handles shifting priorities well Collaborative team player across all levels Positive, dependable, motivated, and hardworking Education & Experience: 2 years of medical, legal or workers comp office experience (preferred) Knowledge of medical and legal terminology or willingness to learn Associate’s degree in administration (preferred) Job Duties and Responsibilities: Utilize various applications through Managed Care network such as the medical server, Database, e-Case, and Medical Portal to access information, set up referrals, and support customer and account management processes Type scan, and process letters, faxes, customer invoices and reports Assist across the Medical Department including PARs, PBM, and Nurse Case Management Other Functions : Perform special projects assigned by team lead or manager Provide Cross Coverage within department when deemed necessary Occasionally Perform front office duties as assigned Update job knowledge by participating in educational opportunities Job Type : Full-time Schedule: Monday to Friday (In office, with ability to transition to 1-day WFH upon management approval).
