Medicare Sales Agent (Unlimited Leads + Personal Assistant Provided)/ RESIDUAL INCOME POTENTIAL Company: Rock Solid Insurance Group Location: Remote Job Type: Full-Time / Commission + Base Compensation $200/week base pay. After 2 Months, If You have shown the ability to get sales and do a good job with Customer Service, Your pay will increase to $500/Week. $250 Commission per T-65 enrollment $100 Commission per plan change enrollment Unlimited leads provided daily Residual Income Opportunity (Build Monthly Cash Flow) In addition to Medicare sales, you will have the opportunity to sell our Virtual Assistant (VA) service to other Medicare agents. Earn approximately $250/month residual per VA client Earn 40% of monthly profit per account Example Income: 10 VA clients = approximately $2,500/month residual 20 VA clients = approximately $5,000/month residual 40 VA clients = approximately $10,000/month residual This allows you to build recurring income in addition to commissions. Responsibilities Cold Calling and inbound leads (provided) Enroll clients into Medicare Advantage plans Educate T-65 prospects on their options Close sales and maintain client relationships Work alongside your assigned Virtual Assistant who will: Pre-call leads Handle Customer Service for current clients Follow up Handle CRM updates What We Provide Unlimited leads for you to call Inbound Leads and appointments set by your Personal Assistant Dedicated Virtual Assistant for each agent Proven scripts and systems CRM and dialer setup Ongoing support and training Ideal Candidate This role is best suited for a high-performing, self-driven closer who: Wants to scale income aggressively Thrives in a performance-based environment Is comfortable calling leads and getting sales Is motivated by both commission and residual income opportunities Requirements (Strict) Active Health Insurance License (Required) Minimum 2 years of Medicare sales experience (Required) Strong phone sales and closing ability Self-motivated and disciplined Who This Is Not For New agents without Medicare experience Individuals not comfortable with phone sales Those seeking hourly-only roles Why Join Us Most Medicare agents struggle due to lack of leads and support.
