We take pride in fostering trust and building long-lasting relationships with our clients. Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role for a Medicare Sales Agent, based in Atlanta, GA. In this role, you will assist clients in understanding and selecting Medicare plans that best meet their needs, while maintaining up-to-date knowledge of healthcare products and guidelines. Daily tasks include building strong client relationships, managing leads, conducting product training, and meeting sales performance goals. You will also be responsible for providing excellent customer service and ensuring compliance with insurance regulations. Qualifications Strong Communication and Customer Service skills, with the ability to explain complex concepts clearly and empathetically. Experience in Sales, with a proven track record of meeting or exceeding performance targets. Knowledge of Insurance products, policies, and compliance requirements. Capability to provide Training to clients, helping them understand their healthcare coverage options. Relevant certifications or a valid insurance license is a plus. Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to thrive in a team-oriented environment. Proficiency in computer systems and CRM platforms is beneficial.
