MAT Coordinator / Program Manager (1.0 FTE) Pay Range: $50.00–$60.00/hour Provides clinical, administrative, and operational oversight of the Medication-Assisted Treatment (MAT) and behavioral health program to ensure high-quality, integrated care for incarcerated/jail individuals with substance use and mental health disorders. Key Responsibilities Oversee daily program operations and ensure effective service delivery Coordinate MAT, behavioral health, and reentry services across all levels of care Serve as liaison between clinical staff, custody staff, community partners, and external agencies Ensure continuity of care for clients transitioning from jail back to the community Supervise reentry coordination efforts, including housing, transportation, benefits, and follow-up care Monitor program outcomes, quality assurance measures, data tracking, and reporting requirements Facilitate interdisciplinary team meetings and case conferences Support compliance with federal, state, and organizational policies and procedures Assist with staff training, scheduling, and clinical support as needed Promote trauma-informed, culturally responsive, and client-centered care practices Preferred Qualifications: Experience working in MAT, behavioral health, corrections, or community-based treatment programs Strong leadership, organizational, and communication skills Knowledge of substance use disorders, co-occurring mental health conditions, and recovery-oriented systems of care Experience coordinating multidisciplinary teams and community resources Bachelor’s degree preferred; equivalent experience considered Licensed or credentialed behavioral health professional preferred but not required depending on program structure Pay: $50.00 - $60.00 per hour Work Location: In person
