Full-time and part-time opportunities available What Youll Do As a Medication Technician, you play a key role in ensuring the safety, comfort, and well-being of our residents. Responsibilities include: Administer medications and treatments in accordance with physician orders Monitor, document, and report changes in resident condition Review physician orders and coordinate follow-up care Support caregivers by providing clear direction on resident care needs Assist in coordinating medical appointments and care services Collaborate with Home Health and Hospice providers Help maintain a calm, safe environment while minimizing unnecessary hospital transfers Ensure proper inventory and ordering of clinical supplies Communicate effectively with residents, families, and team members Leadership & Team Support Provide guidance and oversight to caregivers during your shift Assist with shift assignments and coverage needs Support onboarding a
