We are seeking a Member Experience Consumer Trainer-a dynamic, relationship-driven professional who is excited to develop, mentor, and elevate our Member facing teams across our service centers. Work Environment: This position is based on-site in one of our Service Centers. Following the completion of your initial onboarding and training, you will have the flexibility to work remotely 1 to 2 days per week as part of our hybrid work model depending on performance and operational requirements. In addition, this position does require travel to all of our HHCU Service Centers to lead training as needed.
