Member Services / Retention Specialist – Medicare Agency We are a rapidly growing Medicare insurance agency looking for a highly organized, detail-oriented Member Services / Retention Specialist to help support our clients and agents behind the scenes. This is NOT a high-volume cold calling role. This position is focused on client support, retention, policy review, follow-up coordination, and administrative operations. The ideal candidate is Extremely organized Coachable and punctual Comfortable multitasking between systems Professional on the phone Calm under pressure Strong with follow-up and documentation Able to learn quickly in a fast-paced office environment Responsibilities: Assist clients with policy and enrollment follow-ups Handle retention and member service calls Review policy information and coverage updates Manage spreadsheets, Google Drive files, and CRM systems Perform detailed data entry and documentation Coordinate with agents and management to resolve client issues Track pending items and ensure tasks are completed accurately Help protect client satisfaction and long-term retention Preferred Qualifications: Customer service or call center experience preferred Medicare/insurance experience is a plus but not required Strong computer and organizational skills Ability to handle sensitive client information professionally Reliable attendance and strong communication skills What We Offer: Fast-growing office with advancement opportunities Supportive and team-oriented environment Hands-on training Opportunity to grow into leadership/operations roles over time This position is ideal for someone who takes pride in being dependable, organized, and trusted with important responsibilities.
