Job Description
Join our Vida Medical Centers' Team , now with 1 Member Services Specialist position available at the Florida City location.Company with great benefits including paid time-off, holidays and bonus.Minimum of 1 year experience in this field is required for this position.The Member Service Specialist is to contribute to Vida Medical Center's membership growth by supporting sales strategies and promoting VMC services to potential candidates as well as maintaining high retention rates through excellent service to current members.Through scheduled center tours, potential new members will be able to see our center installations and services and meet the onsite administrative and clinical staff before becoming active patients.Initiate and maintain positive relationships with patients and co-workers.Greet patients in a friendly, professional manner using company greetings formats.Consistently follow department guidelines for patient identification in every call or physical contact with a patient; ask for full name and date of birth.Provide extraordinary customer service to all members throughout the entire length of membership as well as internal and external staff.Handle inbound and outbound calls using company greetings formats in a professional, courteous, and timely manner.Address callers' needs which may include resolving issues and educating callers.Complete courtesy visits and center tours for potential members, showing them the various services and center staff.Deploy marketing strategies to promote Vida Medical Centers with the ultimate goal of contributing to VMC's membership growth.Be fully trained, familiar, and remaining up to date with VMC services and partner HMO benefits, making sure you always provide accurate information to potential and active members.Identify prospects' individual needs and interests and focus the conversation on the most suitable services based on their needs.Screen potential members about their healthcare requirements.Collaborate with affiliated insurance agents and brokers to assist patients in selecting the most suitable health plan.Assist new members with PCP changes by calling the HMO health plan with the patient present.Answer incoming phone calls as needed to respond to inquiries made by patients or prospects generated from marketing campaigns, events, social media, TV/radio ads, billboards, etc.When applicable, transfer phone calls to the appropriate department or send a message to the correct personnel via the EMR system.Assist patients by scheduling, canceling and/or confirming appointments and transportation.Skills Required:Verbal and written communication skills Computer proficiency Attention to detail Excellent listening skills Ability to calm irate, anxious, or grieving customers Capacity to navigate stressful situations with ease Strong organizational and time management skills nete al equipo de Vida Medical Centers.Actualmente contamos con una vacante para la posici n de Especialista en Servicios al Miembro en la localidad de Florida City.Ofrecemos excelentes beneficios, incluyendo tiempo libre pagado, d as feriados y bonificaciones.Se requiere un m nimo de 1 a o de experiencia en este campo para esta posici n.This position requires AHCA Level 2 background screening.Learn more:https://info.flclearinghouse.com El Especialista en Servicios al Miembro contribuye al crecimiento de la membres a de Vida Medical Centers mediante el apoyo a estrategias de ventas y la promoci n de los servicios de VMC a posibles candidatos, as como el mantenimiento de altos niveles de retenci n a trav s de un servicio excepcional a los miembros actuales.A trav s de recorridos programados por el centro, los posibles nuevos miembros podr n conocer nuestras instalaciones, servicios y al personal administrativo y cl nico antes de convertirse en pacientes activos.Iniciar y mantener relaciones positivas con pacientes y compa eros de trabajo.Recibir a los pacientes de manera amable y profesional utilizando los formatos de saludo de la empresa.Seguir consistentemente las gu as del departamento para la identificaci n de pacientes en cada llamada o contacto presencial; solicitar nombre completo y fecha de nacimiento.Brindar un servicio al cliente extraordinario a todos los miembros durante toda su membres a, as como al personal interno y externo.Manejar llamadas entrantes y salientes utilizando los formatos de saludo de la empresa de manera profesional, cort s y oportuna.Atender las necesidades de los usuarios, incluyendo la resoluci n de problemas y la educaci n del paciente.Realizar visitas de cortes a y recorridos del centro para posibles miembros, mostrando los diferentes servicios y el personal del centro.Implementar estrategias de marketing para promover Vida Medical Centers con el objetivo de contribuir al crecimiento de la membres a.Estar completamente capacitado, familiarizado y actualizado con los servicios de VMC y los beneficios de los HMO asociados, asegurando siempre brindar inform
