Job Description
Join the team at Greystone Golf & Country Club as our Membership Administrator — a key role focused on creating exceptional first impressions and helping deliver an outstanding member experience from the very beginning. This position is perfect for someone who is organized, professional, people-focused, and thrives in an admin-based, relationship-driven environment. As the heart of the Membership Office, you’ll support membership growth and retention by assisting prospective members through the application process, coordinating new member onboarding and events, maintaining confidential member records, preparing reports and communications, and helping create a welcoming experience for every member here at the Club. You’ll also play an important role in organizing member mixers, orientations, and receptions while working closely with club leadership and supporting the Membership Director with day-to-day operations. We are looking for a motivated team player with strong communication skills, attention to detail, and a polished, professional presence who enjoys building connections and helping create memorable experiences within a premier private club environment. About Greystone Golf and Country Club Nestled in the foothills of the Appalachian Mountains, Greystone Golf & Country Club (GGCC) is a private, members-only club located within the Greystone Community in Hoover, Alabama. GGCC is the home to two clubhouses and two 18-hole championship golf courses plus amenities such as tennis, fitness, aquatics, and dining & social events.
