Job Purpose The Membership Sales & Relations Director is responsible for driving membership growth, retention, and satisfaction across our private clubs. This role identifies and converts new membership opportunities, fosters strong relationships with existing members, and delivers a robust calendar of engagement experiences that deepen member loyalty. By collaborating closely with the General Manager, department heads, and the membership team, this leader ensures every member feels connected, valued, and excited to belong. Responsibilities Plan and implement a dynamic calendar of member events aligned to member demographics and engagement needs. Lead onboarding activities including new member orientations and mixers. Support resignation outreach and other save efforts to improve retention. Serve as a liaison on member committees and collect feedback to drive improvements. Partner with F&B and department leaders to execute high-quality member events. Oversee member communications including newsletters, email campaigns, website updates, and social media. Maintain event collateral and club promotional materials. Represent the club within the loca
