About the Role: Facial Collective is redefining skincare, and we’re looking for an enthusiastic, self-motivated Membership Sales Representative to help launch our pre-opening success. Before our doors open, you'll be on the front lines—representing our brand at local events, under our marketing tents, and through direct follow-up with leads from our digital campaigns. Your mission: convert curiosity into committed members. Key Responsibilities: Represent Facial Collective at events and outdoor activations to engage with walk-up traffic and local foot traffic. Follow up with social media and marketing inquiries to guide prospects into founding memberships. Educate potential members on the value and exclusivity of our pre-opening membership pricing. Drive membership sign-ups through clear communication, passion for skincare, and consultative selling. Track leads, conversations, and conversions using basic CRM or tracking tools. Report weekly on sales metrics and share feedback with the leadership team. Work closely with ownership to refine and evolve outreach strategies based on real-time learnings. What We’re Looking For: Previous experience in sales, customer service, or promotional events. Confident and friendly communicator who thrives in face-to-face interactions. Self-starter with the ability to work independently in both fast-paced events and slower foot-traffic days. Professional demeanor with a polished presence that reflects our elevated brand. Available for flexible, part-time hours including weekends and event shifts. Comfortable working outdoors under a tent when needed.
