Seven24Collective Private Members Club at Gansevoort Hotel – New York, NY Seven24Collective, the private members club within the iconic Gansevoort Hotel, is seeking a dynamic and results-driven Membership Sales Manager to lead membership growth and revenue strategy. The Sales Manager will play a critical leadership role in expanding our curated membership base, cultivating high-value relationships, and driving strategic growth initiatives aligned with the vision of Seven24Collective. About the Role The Sales Manager is responsible for developing and executing a comprehensive membership sales strategy that drives enrollment, revenue growth, and long-term member engagement. This individual will serve as a brand ambassador, representing Seven24Collective within the luxury hospitality and private club space while building meaningful relationships with prospective members and strategic partners. The ideal candidate brings extensive experience in luxury hospitality, private membership clubs, or high-end sales environments and has a proven record of exceeding ambitious sales targets. Key Responsibilities Develop and lead strategic initiatives to drive membership acquisition and revenue growth. Own the full sales lifecycle: prospecting, relationship-building, closing, and onboarding. Identify high-value target segments within luxury, lifestyle, hospitality, and entrepreneurial communities. Partner closely with Marketing and Hotel Leadership to align outreach strategies and brand positioning. Analyze sales performance data, pipeline metrics, and market trends to refine acquisition strategies. Convert hotel guests, member guests, and event attendees into qualified membership prospects. Represent Seven24Collective at industry events, networking engagements, and curated community gatherings. Build strategic partnerships with local businesses, tastemakers, and influencers to generate high-quality leads. Prepare and present sales forecasts and performance reports to senior leadership. Support the evolution of membership offerings to remain competitive and compelling in the luxury club market. What We’re Looking For 3-5 years of progressive sales or business development experience in luxury hospitality, private membership, lifestyle, or high-end service industries. Proven ability to consistently exceed revenue and membership targets. Strong relationship-building and consultative selling skills. Strategic thinker with excellent analytical and forecasting capabilities. Exceptional communication and presentation skills. Highly polished, professional presence aligned with luxury brand standards. Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends, as needed for events and networking.
