Membership Sales Specialist (Boutique Fitness) We are only considering candidates seeking a long-term position and not a short-term or seasonal role. Rose Gold Pilates is a growing boutique Pilates studio seeking a sales-driven Membership Sales Specialist to lead membership growth and convert prospective clients into long-term members. This is a high-visibility, performance-based sales role within a luxury wellness environment. You are the first and last impression of our brand and play a critical role in shaping each client’s experience while driving studio revenue. This is not a traditional front desk or retail role . Success in this position requires confidence in sales conversations, consistent follow-up, and accountability to performance metrics. The Role As a Membership Sales Specialist, you will blend relationship-based sales, luxury hospitality, and operational execution. You will educate clients on our offerings, guide them toward membership commitment, and support them throughout their wellness journey. This role is best suited for someone who: Enjoys sales conversations and closing commitments Feels motivated by goals, metrics, and performance standards Takes ownership of results and follow-up Can maintain a calm, polished, elevated client experience Is reliable, punctual, and professional at all times Performance Expectations Success in this role is measured by: Monthly membership sales targets: 3–6+ new unlimited memberships per month Confidently converting walk-ins, trial clients, and inquiries Educating clients on memberships with clarity, warmth, and intention Consistent client follow-up and relationship building Delivering a seamless, luxury-level experience at every touchpoint Top performers consistently exceed sales expectations and are eligible for growth opportunities within the studio. Shift times include: Morning: 6:00am–9:10am Midday: 10:30am–1:10pm Evening: 4:00pm–7:40pm Weekends: 8:30am–1:25pm This role is best suited for candidates with open or highly flexible availability , including evenings and weekends. Qualifications (Required) 2+ years of sales experience in a boutique fitness, wellness, or hospitality environment Proven experience with lead conversion and relationship-based selling Comfort introducing clients to membership options and driving sales Strong communication and customer service skills Ability to work independently and complete tasks without supervision Reliable, punctual, and team-oriented Ability to commute to Plano, TX 75024 is Base Pay: $14/hour Reliability & Performance Bonus: Additional $2/hour per pay period for consistent attendance, teamwork, and brand-aligned professionalism Uncapped Membership Sales Commission: 1–2 sales/month: $10 each 3–4 sales/month: $20 each 5–6 sales/month: $35 each 7+ sales/month: $50 each High performers consistently earn above base pay through commissions and bonuses.
