The Memory Care Director is responsible for developing andexecuting a strategic approach to memory care, while overseeing the day-to-dayprogramming of the neighborhood. This position will be responsible formaintaining an organized daily program while working with residents to createan exceptional activity experience. This is a salaried position that will require working flexiblehours as needed and participating in a manager on duty rotation. Basesalary (range is $50K to $60K) plus a potential bonus and a benefitpackage. Primary Responsibilities: Serve as an energetic leader who develops high performing talent and builds positive morale and an excellent culture in keeping with company values.
