LSSI is hiring a full-time Bilingual Mental Health Clinician , Monday through Friday from 9:00am to 5:00pm. Responsible for providing therapy, community support and case management to children, adolescents, and adults in need of individual, group, couples, and family therapy, utilizing a variety of modalities. The paid training you need to learn, grow, and succeed! Essential Functions Provide individual and family therapy, community support and case management. Assess clients for risk of harm and make appropriate referrals to more intensive services. Consult with parent/guardian and/or other providers re: client progress in treatment and needs. Carry client caseload as assigned to meet/exceed monthly productivity. Complete all required documentation within the required timeframes. Work with Supervisor on building clinical skillset and take trainings of interest. Demonstrate professional, positive behavior and carry out responsibilities with integrity, treating clients, families, other LSSI workforce members, and collaborative organizations and/or individual in a dignified, respectful, honest and fair manner. Position Qualifications Graduate degree in social work, counseling, psychology, or education required. MSW/MA Minimum of one (1) year experience providing clinical therapy required. IMCANS certification required. Background check clearance required. Demonstrated knowledge of DSM diagnosis criteria required. Bilingual English/Spanish, verbal and written required. Demonstrated ability to successfully work independently. Experience establishing and maintaining collaborative community partnerships preferred. Demonstrated ability to communicate in a clear, comprehensible manner, both verbally and in writing.
