Licensed Therapist Anchor Place, LLC Caldwell, Idaho | Hybrid Opportunities Available Anchor Place is seeking a compassionate, grounded, and collaborative therapist to join our growing outpatient mental health practice serving children, adolescents, and families. We are a trauma-informed practice that values authenticity, ethical care, meaningful relationships, and sustainable clinical work. We are looking for clinicians who want to provide high-quality therapy in a supportive environment that prioritizes both client care and clinician wellbeing. Flexible scheduling, autonomy, consultation support, and realistic expectations are central to our culture. Associate-level and fully licensed clinicians are encouraged to apply. Position Responsibilities Provide outpatient individual and/or family therapy services Work collaboratively with caregivers and community supports when appropriate Complete timely Medicaid and insurance-compliant documentation Participate in case consultation and team collaboration Support clients with emotional regulation, anxiety, trauma, neurodivergence, behavioral concerns, and relational difficulties Maintain ethical and professional clinical practice standards Populations Served Children Adolescents Families Neurodivergent clients Trauma-affected youth Anxiety, ADHD, autism spectrum, emotional regulation, and behavioral support needs QualificationsRequired Master’s degree in counseling, social work, marriage and family therapy, or related behavioral health field Currently licensed (LPC, LCPC, LMSW, LCSW, etc.) Ability to complete clinical documentation independently Strong interpersonal and communication skills Preferred Experience working with children and adolescents Trauma-informed therapy experience Experience with autism spectrum disorders and ADHD Medicaid documentation experience Play therapy, EMDR, CBT, DBT, or family systems training What We Offer Flexible scheduling Hybrid opportunities depending on role Supportive and collaborative team culture Consistent referral stream Clinical consultation and mentorship Autonomy in scheduling and clinical approach Emphasis on sustainable caseload expectations Administrative support Opportunities for professional growth Compensation Competitive compensation based on licensure, experience, and caseload Associate and fully licensed pay structures available Compensation range: $45– $55 DOE Schedule Full-time Part-time Flexible hours available Some evening availability preferred for child/adolescent scheduling needs Why Anchor Place?
