Mental Health Therapist (Full-Time or Part-Time) About Enlighten Counseling Center Enlighten Counseling Center is a growing Christian and Catholic faith-informed group private practice located in Perrysburg. We are currently seeking a licensed Counselor or Social Worker to join our team for in-person counseling services at our Perrysburg office. Position Overview The Licensed Counselor or Social Worker provides outpatient mental health counseling services to individuals, couples, and families in a supportive private practice setting. This role includes assessment, diagnosis, treatment planning, documentation, and ongoing therapeutic care while maintaining ethical and professional standards. This position is available as either full-time or part-time: Part-time clinicians must be available during high-demand “prime time” hours, including evenings (4:00 PM or later) and/or weekends. Full-time clinicians are expected to maintain at least 10 hours of weekly prime time availability while carrying a typical private practice caseload of approximately 20–25 client sessions per week. Clinicians at Enlighten Counseling Center are encouraged to practice authentically, pursue areas of specialization, and integrate faith-informed care when appropriate and desired by the client. Conduct assessments, establish diagnoses, and develop individualized treatment plans. Maintain timely and accurate clinical documentation in compliance with ethical and professional standards. Manage and maintain an appropriate caseload. Collaborate with colleagues and participate in a supportive team environment. Provide compassionate, client-centered care grounded in evidence-based practices. Required Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in counseling or social work. Active Ohio license as an LPC or LSW. Familiarity with mental health assessment tools and treatment modalities. Strong commitment to ethical practice and client confidentiality. Ability to work independently and manage a caseload responsibly. Preferred Qualifications Master’s or Doctoral degree in counseling, psychology, social work, or related field. Experience providing individual and couples therapy. Experience conducting diagnostic assessments and treatment planning.
