Mental Healthcare Worker (Hybrid) Join our team at Healing Crossroads Therapy Services and make a difference in the lives of individuals seeking mental health support. As a Mental Healthcare Worker, you will have the opportunity to work in a hybrid setting, combining in-person and remote work, providing flexibility and work-life balance. Daily Responsibilities: Provide individual and group therapy sessions Conduct assessments and develop treatment plans Implement interventions and therapeutic techniques Collaborate with interdisciplinary team members Participate in crisis intervention and discharge planning Required Skills (any of these): Licensed Mental Health Counselor Licensed Clinical Social Worker Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist Masters Level Behavioral Health experience Substance Abuse knowledge Registered Intern for Social Work or Mental Health Counseling Nice to Have Skills: Telehealth and Telemedicine proficiency Experience in Trauma therapy Knowledge of Care Planning and Psychology Reunification Therapist Substance Abuse Therapist Play Therapist Salary and Benefits: Minimum Salary: $45,000 - $70,000 (based on experience) Benefits: Flexible Schedules, Work From Home options in Florida, offer supervision for registered interns About Healing Crossroads Therapy Services: Healing Crossroads Therapy Services is a leading mental health provider dedicated to delivering high-quality care to our community.
