Position Location: Suwannee, GA Mechanical / Electrical / Plumbing Superintendent Overview We are seeking an experienced MEP Superintendent to oversee and coordinate mechanical, electrical, and plumbing construction activities on active commercial projects. This role is responsible for managing field operations related to HVAC, electrical systems, and plumbing installations while ensuring work is completed safely, efficiently, and in accordance with project specifications, schedules, and quality standards. The MEP Superintendent will work closely with project managers, engineers, subcontractors, and field teams to coordinate installation activities, resolve technical challenges, and ensure seamless integration between MEP systems and other construction disciplines. This individual plays a critical role in maintaining project momentum, enforcing jobsite safety, and ensuring that complex building systems are installed and commissioned successfully.
