Job Description
Host Welcome guests warmly upon arrival and provide a friendly first impression Manage reservations and waitlists using booking systems or manual logs Escort guests to their tables and provide menus Coordinate with servers and kitchen staff to ensure efficient seating and service flow Answer phone calls, take reservations, and respond to guest inquiries Maintain a clean and organized front-of-house area Monitor dining room activity to optimize seating and minimize wait times Handle guest concerns or complaints professionally and escalate when needed Pay: From $16.90 per hour Work Location: In person
