Job Title : Merchandise Coordinator Location: El Segundo, CA Pay rate: $27 p/h Employment Type: Temporary (1 month) FLSA Status: Non-exempt Schedule: M-F 8 am to 5 pm Responsibilities Product migration of 7k items. Migrating metadata from our current system to our new system Localizing data if needed Correcting wrong/missing metadata Downloading and uploading images Normalizing values UAT support. Validating display of product content Validating display and functionality of pricing, discounts, final sale messaging, etc. Validating the display and functionality of pre-orders Validating product pages are localized Validate search results, merchandising rules, etc. Migrate and validate the Rewards products setup in both Shopify and Yotpo Qualification & Skills 1-2 years of experience in merchandise management, eCommerce, or related fields. Knowledge and a high interest in toys and figures, tabletop gaming, and hobby genres. Strong organizational skills with attention to detail. Excellent communication and negotiation abilities. Adobe Photoshop / Illustrator skills are a plus. Proficiency in ERP systems and Microsoft Office Suite. Ability to multitask and follow instructions in a fast-paced environment. Ability to stay on your feet for occasional day-long events and help with setting up (carrying boxes up to 25 lbs.). Proactive thinking and eagerness to learn and grow.
