Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Merchandise Planner role based in Eugene, OR. The Merchandise Planner is responsible for monitoring inventory levels, analyzing sales data, and developing demand forecasts to support optimal product availability across stores. Day-to-day responsibilities include coordinating with teams on inventory and sales strategies, implementing planning tools, and identifying trends to optimize product range and profitability. The position also involves collaborating with cross-functional teams to support business objectives. Qualifications Strong analytical skills and experience in demand planning Proficiency in inventory management techniques Excellent communication and collaboration skills Understanding of sales analysis and performance metrics Proficiency in relevant software tools (e.g., Excel, inventory management systems) Highly organized with keen attention to detail and accuracy Previous experience in retail or jewelry industries is a plus Bachelor’s degree in business, supply chain management, or a related field preferred
