Job SummaryJoin our dynamic team as a Merchandise Seasonal Associate and play a vital role in ensuring our store remains vibrant, organized, and ready to serve customers.This energetic position involves supporting the merchandising process, managing inventory, and providing excellent customer service during peak seasons.You will be a key player in stocking shelves, handling shipments, and maintaining a clean and efficient shopping environment.If you thrive in fast-paced settings and enjoy working with products across various departments, this is your opportunity to shine and contribute to a lively retail atmosphere.Duties Assist with inventory management by stocking shelves, organizing displays, and ensuring product availability.Operate RF scanners to track merchandise movement accurately and efficiently.Load and unload shipments using pallet jacks, forklifts (if certified), and other warehouse equipment.Maintain inventory control by conducting regular stock checks, updating records, and reporting discrepancies.Support shipping and receiving processes to ensure timely delivery of products.Engage in merchandising activities such as product placement, signage setup, and promotional displays.Provide exceptional customer service by assisting shoppers with product inquiries and locating items.Perform routine cleaning, maintenance, and safety checks to keep the store environment tidy and safe.Handle heavy lifting safely during stock replenishment or shipment processing.Communicate effectively with team members across departments to coordinate tasks efficiently.Experience Previous warehouse experience or retail sales background preferred but not required; training will be provided.Familiarity with inventory management systems, RF scanners, pallet jacks, and forklift operation (certification preferred).Strong organizational skills with attention to detail for stock accuracy and display presentation.Ability to perform heavy lifting safely and work on your feet for extended periods.Multilingual abilities or bilingual skills are a plus for serving diverse customer needs.Excellent communication skills to collaborate effectively within a team environment.Knowledge of grocery store operations or produce handling is advantageous but not mandatory.This role offers an exciting opportunity to be part of a lively retail environment where your energy makes a difference!
