Sales & Merchandising Representative - Fairbanks Company:Jade Drug Company Employment Type:Part Time/ Contract Location:Fairbanks, Alaska About The Jade Drug Company:Jade Drug Company is a growing organization focused on delivering high-quality retail merchandising and sales support across multiple store locations.Our team is dedicated to building strong retail partnerships, maintaining exceptional in-store presentation, and driving sales growth for our brands.Position Overview:Jade Drug Company is seeking a motivated Sales & Merchandising Representative to support the retail location in Fairbanks.This role is responsible for ensuring products are properly stocked, organized, and merchandised while building strong relationships with store teams and identifying opportunities to maximize sales.The ideal candidate is highly organized, self-motivated, and comfortable working independently in a fast-paced retail environment.Key Responsibilities Maintain shelves and displays to ensure products are fully stocked, clean, and properly merchandised Place and manage store orders to maintain optimal inventory levels Build and maintain strong relationships with store management and staff Implement promotional programs, displays, and merchandising strategies Analyze sales trends and identify opportunities to grow product sales Ensure brand standards and visual consistency across multiple locations Conduct regular store visits to condition shelves, clean display fixtures, and maintain product presentation Provide excellent customer and store support while representing Jade Drug Company Qualifications Experience in retail sales, merchandising, or field sales preferred Strong communication and relationship-building skills Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail Self-motivated with the ability to work independently Ability to manage multiple store locations and priorities Comfortable working in a fast-paced retail environment Requirements Valid driver's license Active auto insurance Reliable transportation for travel between store locations if needed What We're Looking For We're looking for someone who takes pride in their work, builds strong store relationships, and enjoys improving the in-store shopping experience while driving sales results.Pay:$20.00 - $22.00 per hour Benefits:Flexible schedule Mileage reimbursement On-the-job training Work Location:Hybrid remote in Fairbanks, AK 99709.
