Job Description
Overview LifeLink Behavioral Health is seeking a dynamic, experienced, and mission-driven Mental Health Clinical Superviso r to help lead and oversee our newly launched Comprehensive Community Services (CCS) program in Dane County. Our CCS provider program was recently approved, and we are looking for a strong clinical leader with experience in CCS or similar community-based behavioral health programs who can help guide our organization through its next stage of growth and development. This role involves Clinical leadership and supervision Program development and implementation Staff mentorship and accountability Compliance and documentation oversight Building strong operational and clinical systems The position will begin as a part-time leadership role with the expectation of transitioning into a full-time salaried position with benefits by Summer/Early Fall 2026 as the program rapidly expands. ResponsibilitiesClinical Leadership & Supervision Provide supervision, mentorship, and clinical guidance to: Therapists Clinical trainees Service Facilitators Skills staff (as applicable) Ensure services align with: DHS 36 standards Medicaid/ForwardHealth requirements Dane County CCS expectations Review and oversee: Assessments Recovery plans Progress notes and clinical documentation Support staff development in evidence-based and trauma-informed practices Program Development & Operations Assist in developing and refining: Clinical workflows Documentation systems Staff onboarding and training Quality assurance processes Productivity and billing standards Support implementation of: Community-based behavioral health models Telehealth best practices Trauma-informed systems of care Help strengthen operational systems as the program grows Compliance & Quality Assurance Conduct chart reviews, audits, and documentation oversight Ensure documentation supports: Medical necessity Recovery plan goals Billable CCS services Monitor compliance with: HIPAA regulations Medicaid documentation standards DHS 36 requirements Support corrective action planning and staff coaching when needed Maintain familiarity with ICD-10 and CPT coding standards related to behavioral health billing and documentation Clinical & Crisis Support Assist staff with: Crisis intervention support Complex behavioral health cases Trauma-informed treatment planning Support intake and assessment processes for new clients Collaborate with: Families and caregivers Community providers Schools, referral partners, and support systems Team & Culture Development Participate in hiring and onboarding staff Foster a collaborative, accountable, and supportive work environment Promote culturally responsive and person-centered care practices Support staff retention, growth, and professional development Work Model ✔ Hybrid remote + community-based leadership role ✔ Flexible scheduling ✔ No office-based therapy sessions required ✔ Opportunity to help shape and grow a CCS program from the ground up Qualifications Required Active Wisconsin licensure: LCSW, LPC, LMFT, or Licensed Psychologist Minimum of: 2 years of experience in CCS or a similar community-based behavioral health program Prior experience supervising or leading behavioral health staff Strong knowledge of: DHS 36 Medicaid/ForwardHealth documentation CCS billing and compliance standards Experience providing or overseeing: Community-based mental health services Recovery planning Crisis intervention Trauma-informed care Fami
