Michigan Licensed Litigation Paralegal

A company is looking for a Litigation Paralegal. Key Responsibilities: Coordinate and secure medical authorizations and records to support case development Draft and respond to discovery demands with accuracy and timeliness Prepare case materials and exhibits, summarize medical records and deposition transcripts, and assist with comprehensive trial preparation Qualifications: Bachelor's degree and paralegal certificate strongly preferred Minimum of 2 years of experience as a paralegal, preferably in insurance defense or related litigation practice Experience summarizing deposition transcripts, assisting with discovery, and supporting trial preparation is a strong plus Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and experienced with legal document management systems Self-motivated and proactive, with the ability to work independently while supporting multiple attorneys and partners
