Job Title: Microsoft Fabric Specialist Location: Whippany, NJ Employee Type: Full Time with Benefits Role Summary: Support the design and implementation of a futurestate analytics platform to enable Microsoft Viva modules with a focus on Colleague Experience insights The role will design a scalable data estate using Microsoft Fabric Lakehouse to ingest and analyze data from Viva Glint Pulse Forms and Viva Insights. Key Skills Strong experience with Microsoft Fabric Azure Analytics Lakehouse Data Factory Power BI Solid understanding of HR colleague experience data and analytics Experience designing enterprise data platforms and futurestate architectures Knowledge of data governance and privacy considerations for employee data Key Responsibilities: Design the target data architecture using Microsoft Fabric OneLake Lakehouse Warehouse for Viva data sources Define ingestion and transformation patterns for data from Glint Pulse Forms and Viva Insights Build governed analyticsready datasets to support employee experience engagement and sentiment reporting Enable Power BI Fabric semantic models for insights and dashboards Ensure data security privacy and compliance for employee data Collaborate with HR Digital Workplace and IT teams to align analytics with Viva use cases
