With 40+ combined years of partner experience, our client handles copyright/trademark disputes, business divorces, and commercial litigation across fashion, film, music, real estate, and more. What They're Looking For 4–6+ years of litigation experience (large or mid-size firm background preferred) Experience in business and/or IP litigation Entrepreneurial mindset with interest in building a book of business Compensation Base: $180,000 – $220,000 A percentage of collections on business you originate Medical Insurance stipend provided (over and above salary) The culture is collegial and informal, with a primarily remote setup.
