ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS Actively participates in a business development plan to build and retain full banking relationships with operating companies that have revenues more than $25,000,000 or otherwise complex C&I opportunities Develop consultative relationships with prospects and clients to add value by delivering appropriate banking solutions Partner with Market Presidents, Middle Market Sales Leaders, Portfolio Managers, Commercial Associates and Credit Officers to successfully prospect, manage portfolio, and underwrite credit opportunities May provide peer coaching and mentoring to junior Middle Market Bankers Collaborate effectively with Treasury Management Sales Officers, Capital Markets, Wealth, Mortgage, and Retail Manage the flow of credit requests through the appropriate channels to ensure the credit quality, responsiveness, structure, and pricing meeting the needs of the client and the operating objectives of the Bank Underwrite loan requests within the parameters of the Bank's policies and procedures.
