Student Achievement metrics: 90% of Pre-K-2nd students are on/above grade level in reading, language, andmath. 85% of 1st-2nd students are on/above grade level in reading, language, andmath. 80% of students achieveLevel3, 50% achieve Level4, and 20% at Level5 on FAST exams. Junior Class ACT Average Score of 21 100% of seniors meet the requirements for Graduation. 50% of all students in Intervention grow two or more years in Reading and Math. RESPONSIBILITIES Adapt lessons to meet the needs of students. Help shape and develop a school-wide culture that fosters a productive and enthusiastic learning environment for each student. Establish and maintain a cooperative working relationship with students and families based on trust, understanding, and respect for the communities in which they identify. Implement and uphold behavior management system that aligns with campus-wide initiatives while developing students' character and sense of community in the classroom. Complete all lesson internalization based on curriculum vision to achieve district goals Collect and analyze student data to make effective decisions to maximize achievement Discuss student's progress with parents, teachers, counselors, and administrators Implement state learning standards and curricula and assessments to meet ambitious academic expectations. Implement formal and informal assessments to track each student's progress and learning needs, adjust lesson
