Midlevel Corporate Associate

Our client, well-respected midsize firm, has asked us to find strong associates with general corporate experience to focus on corporate securities & capital markets in NYC . This is an UNPOSTED position and a great opportunity to join a middle market practice, work on lean teams, & get substantial hands-on experience. This team is BUSY and can move fast! The ideal candidate will have: 3 – 6 years of corporate experience – must include securities & capital markets. Compensation starting around $170,000 - $220,000 DOE, & built-in bonus system. No hard billable hour requirement but expect 1600-1750. No formal in-office mandate. Licensed in NY.
