This engaging role involves providing technical support, troubleshooting software and hardware issues, and ensuring the seamless integration of camera systems before they are fully deployed. As a vital member of our testing team, you will collaborate closely with project managers, IT teams, and field technicians to identify and resolve potential issues, ensuring a smooth transition to live operation. Responsibilities Veterans, National Guard, Reservists & Law Enforcement Professionals Your Skills Are Needed ZeroEyes is actively looking for battle-tested talent to help ensure our AI gun detection systems perform at the highest level before they go live protecting schools, businesses, and communities. We are seeking disciplined, detail-oriented 1099 contractors with military or law enforcement backgrounds to support pre-deployment testing of our AI-powered gun detection systems. Key Responsibilities Conduct controlled, safe field simulations using airsoft rifles and pistols to test camera systems Verify real-time detection, alerting, and system response accuracy Document test results clearly and report findings directly to the ZeroEyes team Travel to client sites as needed to pick up/return servers and provide on-site support This is hands-on work that directly contributes to saving lives by ensuring our technology is mission-ready from day one.
