NINJA WARRIOR STAFF We are seeking a highly energetic, friendly and responsible individual to join our team at a rapidly growing gym in the Omaha Metro, Midwest Warrior Academy. As a Midwest Warrior Staff Member, you will ensure a safe and enjoyable experience for all participants while promoting physical fitness and fun. Responsibilities Include General safety of our participating ninjas during open gym, birthday parties and other events. Assist with the organization and execution of birthday parties, including setup, cleanup, and coordination of activities. Ensure understanding of basic ninja skills, course rules and goals to help facilitate basic ninja skills while engaging with participants on the course. Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and/or weekends, to accommodate open gym sessions and birthday parties. Preferred Attributes of Desired Candidate: High energy, positive "can do" attitude Fantastic communication skills with adults and kids Previous experience in a customer service or child-oriented role is preferred but not required.
