Shift:7am to finish, Sunday to Thursday with Fri & Sat Off $21.00 per hour to start, $22 per hour after license received..50 @ 90 days.25 @ 6 months.50 @ 1 year No fear of heights as this job requires the employee to climb the side of tanker trucks to extract samples of milk.About us!Andersen Dairy, Inc has been a part of the Battle Ground community for over 55 years.We began producing milk in 1966, at the same location in Battle Ground, as it does today.We play a positive role in the community, giving back through local events, food and toy drives, recycling and jobs to the local community.Our milk plant and trucking fleet work together to fill over 40 grocery stores with milk, water and juice needs.Our employee management team works closely together to ensure quality products, positive work environment and continuous growth Job Summary:Responsible for receiving milk delivered by company owned farms and outside carriers.Essential Responsibilities & Duties: Receive raw milk and ship cream loads Check temperature, antibiotics and TA testing of each load and follow procedures for non-acceptable loads Conduct butter fat test on loads of milk as required Ensure all chemical testing is complete for washing and sanitation procedures Keep all HAACP documentation accurate and up to date Maintain a clean, sanitary and safe work area Clean and lubricate equipment to ensure reliable and safe operation Perform safety inspections in manufacturing or industrial setting Physical Demands / Working Conditions: Must be flexible to shift work, extensive close work Lifting 25lbs frequently Push/Pull 50lbs of force Ability to clime ladders along side of tanker trucks, not afraid of heights Frequent pulling, pushing and carrying Noise level is moderate to loud Subject to walking and standing all day Wet environment with exposure to dust, gas or fumes and cleaning chemicals Company provides personal protection equipment (PPE) that is REQUIRED AND INCLUDES SAFETY GLASSES AND FACE MASK We offer Medical/Dental/Vision/Life Insurance and WA State sick pay after 90 days.For employee only, $150/month, split between 2 checks For employee plus one person, 398.02/month, split between 2 checks is 199.01For employee plus two or more, 776.06/month, split between 2 checks is 388.03Vacation after 1 year.$300 referral bonus program.Required:Drug screen, we do test for THC (marijuana) Background check E-Verify Other:Pay is every other week on Thursday Job Type:Full-time Pay:From $21.00 per hour Benefits:Dental insurance Health insurance Life insurance Paid time off Vision insurance Work Location:In person.
