Job OverviewWe are seeking a dedicated and hardworking operation to join our team.The ideal candidate will be responsible for performing various tasks that support the operations of our facility.This role requires physical stamina, attention to detail, and a commitment to safety.A Mill Operator for beans is responsible for processing, grinding, cleaning, and sorting dry edible beans using specialized milling machinery and gravity tables.Duties Ensuring that the final product meets standards.Assist in the loading and unloading of materials and equipment.Perform general maintenance tasks to keep the work area clean and organized.Operate hand tools and power tools safely and effectively.Follow instructions from supervisors regarding project requirements and timelines.Adhere to safety protocols and regulations at all times.Participate in team meetings and contribute to a positive work environment.Will be operating machinery will need drivers license.Bagging products.Skills Strong physical stamina and ability to lift heavy objects (up to 50 pounds).Ability to follow directions accurately and work as part of a team.Attention to detail with a focus on quality workmanship.Willingness to learn new skills and techniques related to labor tasks.Knowing how to operate a forklift.Join our team today and contribute to our mission while developing your skills in a supportive environment!
